hello,
sorry but i can't find any information about creating a chat admin or if there is any standard admin account. Sad finally i just want to create static channels. or should i install the whole miacms? would be nice, if somebody would help me.

Mia-Chat is actually not related to MiaCMS.  It is a standalone chat system.  There is not real admin for the system.  You FTP the files to your server, setup the initial configuration file and that's it.  It is a user to user chat system not a chatroom system.  Therefore, you cannot create static rooms.  Think of it more like aim, yahoo, msn, etc except all chatting is done through the browser versus a desktop client.
